The Races

Beginner Race: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on Little John

This race is the best format for those who haven’t raced before. Participants will run through a giant slalom style course on the Little John run once. Officials will tell them their time, and then they will guess their time for the second run. This “Guess Your Time” event gives skiers of every level the the thrill of running gates without any pressure. Medals will be awarded to those whose second run time comes closest to their guess. not for those who run fastest. No need to pre-register for this race – just show up at the start at the top of Little John between 11:00 am and 11:45 am.

Giant Slalom (GS) Race: 1:00 pm on Big John

This race is a best-of-2 run format, time permitting. Participants must pre-register for this race when they purchase their tickets.

Young & Old Team

All racers who run the Individual GS race are eligible to have their results entered in a team competition. Racers under 18 will pair with an adult racer for the team event.
