Strengthening your core will help ensure you can stand up properly and maintain good posture, as well as perform normal activities of daily life.
Spend some time working on core movements, like bodyweight squats, lunges, pushups and plank exercises. Your body will thank you.
Say No Sometimes
It's great that you want to do it all and be everywhere. But it's also extremely unrealistic.
Don't set yourself up for failure by overscheduling yourself. Create a schedule that's doable, and say no to activities that are outside your comfort zone or simply don't meet your current needs.
It's also important to schedule in some time for yourself—so drop regular dates for me-time into your calendar, too, and don't cancel on yourself!
