60s & Beyond
Then, once you reach your 60s, while still maintaining a heart-healthy diet, you’re going to want to also focus on foods that can help you maintain strong bones.
Falls are more common as we get older, for a variety of reasons—including weakening bones. Boost your bone health through calcium-rich foods like milk, yogurt, salmon and leafy greens to help limit the risk of falls and fractures.
