Administrative Assistant

Location: Toronto: Corporate Office

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant, to provide management support, in our corporate offices, located north of Wilson on Bathurst Street. We seek a candidate that has exceptional administrative & computer skills. Applicants must be very detail oriented and very well organized with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and applicants must also be proficient in English with clear speech and effective writing skills. You will be required to aid in the smooth operation of the company and be proactive in taking initiative.

Candidates need to have experience supporting senior managers to take leadership in completing your activities and organizing the activities of our management team. A interest in striving for perfection and a focus on exceptional client service is mandatory, in order to perform effectively in this position. The right candidate would have appropriate business acumen and be capable of contributing to the efficiency of our business operations.

Case Managers – RN or RPN

Sponsorship Candidates for Foreign Workers Program

Location: Across Canada

If you are currently in Canada under the Live-in Caregiver Program and seeking reassignment, we can help you. We are looking for qualified caregivers who have experience caring for seniors, particularly if you have medical background in your country of origin. A strong command of the English language is mandatory and speaking additional foreign languages is an asset. Positions may be available across Canada.

We will manage all government applications and paperwork on your behalf and do not charge foreign workers for this service. Our objective is to find a suitable match for your skills and experience and prioritize finding the right people to take care of our clients and placing them as quickly as possible.

More than 4 years’ experience is required - as is flexibility when working in family environments. Transportation to and from patients is required and owning a car is an asset.
